Support and warranty policy

1. Warranty period:

Watches are warranted from 1-5 years from the date of purchase based on the manufacturer’s regulations.

2. Scope of receiving warranty and repair watches:

SWISS LUXURY WATCHES accepts warranties and repairs for all products purchased at the SWISS LUXURY WATCHES system.
Branded products that SWISS LUXURY WATCHES is the exclusive distributor in Vietnam will also receive warranty and repair.
In addition to the above cases, SWISS LUXURY WATCHES will accept watches for warranty or repair for customers.

3. Conditions for watches to be warranted for free and how to charge for repair watches:

In case the watch purchased at SWISS LUXURY WATCHES is still within the warranty period, the customer must present the product-related documents such as the warranty book or the purchase invoice…
Customers will be warranted free of charge according to the manufacturer’s regulations.
In case the watch is out of warranty period or the customer does not bring the necessary documents related to the product, the customer will lose the repair fee.

4. Watch warranty coverage:

SWISS LUXURY WATCHES only warrants for technical defects in the machine (such as the watch not running, running incorrectly), water resistance and the watch battery.
If the watch has technical problems such as the watch not running or running incorrectly, water vapor on the dial, band or watch case peeling or fading of the plating, other technical problems stem from products, SWISS LUXURY WATCHES will directly check and renew products for Customers if serious.

 

5. Cases not covered by the warranty:

Errors in the case and band of the watch such as peeling or fading of the plating, staining of the dial, etc.
The errors of falling, impacting and scratching the glass during the customer’s use.
The leather strap is broken, cracked or peeling.
The warranty does not cover the case of improper use or adjustment by the user.
The warranty does not apply to watches repaired at locations other than SWISS LUXURY WATCHES service centers.

Note:

– Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the Warranty Center.

– After the warranty period expires, the repair cost will be supported by the warranty center with the most favorable price.
